1. AUMC Notes 3.4.10

All Church Workday, March 6th, 8AM
Volunteers are needed to help with various “Spring Cleaning” chores, to help beautify the church in preparation for Easter.
The following materials are needed:
Window Washing: Windex, paper towels, Window washing kit, cloth rags, shovels, trowel, hand rake; gloves, Lights – Ballast, fluorescent light bulbs, 60 watt bulbs for porch lights, hammer, tacks, dust rags, pledge.
Men's Group Meeting Date Changed
Please note that the Men’s Group will meet on March 13th at 9:00AM (in lieu of March 6th to allow for Church Cleaning Day), and Pastor Woody will be presenting a program on Russian Icons and how they are used in prayer.
Cyber Safe Teens Sunday, March 7th, 5PM
Youth grades 6-12 and their parents are invited! Invite your friends and their parents/teens, too! The internet is a great tool but like crossing the street, driving and every day life, you need to play it safe. Join us March 7th and learn to be Cyber Savvy, Cyber Smart and Cyber Safe.
AUMC Auction Kick-Off Meeting
Anyone interested in being a part of the AUMC Auction Team is invited to attend the Auction Kick-off meeting on March 15 at 7:00 PM in the Gateways Sunday School classroom. Contact is Melissa Heinen

Rise and Shine! Rain or shine! This Saturday, Feb. 27th, is Food Share. We will meet at the church at 8:30am to sort and deliver food to 21 needy families in our community. Everyone is welcome and needed!
Bridgeport Summer Camp Registration Underway, Early Bird Registration Ends Feb. 28th!
Registration for Bridgeport summer camp is underway. All children grades 3rd-5th are invited to join the Aldersgate team for a week of fun, fellowship, and building friendships in Christ. Aldersgate will be attending the C2 camp July 22-26th(Thursday-Monday).You can register on line at www.bridgeportcamp.com. The cost of the camp is $235 with the Early Bird price ending Feb. 28th. After Feb. 28th the cost goes up to $259. Contact Cindy Carlisle with questions.

Gail Gibson (C/FB ISD Parent Educator) and her son Will Gibson (Sr. High Intern, Student Ministries, Irving Bible Church). They will provide guidance on how to be safe in the cyber world.
